摘要
目的探讨复方苦参注射液对乳腺癌术后化疗患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法60例乳腺癌术后化疗患者随机分为复方苦参注射液观察组和对照组;两组在进行术后化疗的同时,复方苦参注射液观察组静脉点滴复方苦参注射液,对照组不加用该药;两组术后1周进行CAF方案化疗,每21 d为1周期,共化疗6个周期,化疗前1 d及化疗1周后取外周血测定血常规、免疫球蛋白及T细胞亚群。结果化疗后:对照组中,患者的外周血白细胞计数为(3.3±1.7)×109.L-1,淋巴细胞转化率为(8.1±2.7)%;而复方苦参注射液观察组中外周血白细胞计数为(5.1±2.5)×109.L-1,淋巴细胞转化率为(18.6±2.9)%,高于对照组(P<0.001)。在复方苦参注射液观察组中,CD4及CD8阳性细胞的百分率分别为(38.6±2.2)%和(42.4±1.7)%,对照组分别为(30.4±1.5)%和(25.4±1.5)%,高于对照组(P<0.001)。两组免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM水平差异有显著性,复方苦参注射液观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液具有降低化疗药物的毒性、改善肝功能、升高血像、增强患者免疫功能的作用。
Objective To evaluate the effects of combined Matrine injection on immune functions in patients with breast carcinoma undergoing chemotherapy after surgery operation. Methods Sixty patients with breast carcinoma undergoing chemo-therapy after surgery operation were randomly divided into 2 groups: combined Matrine injection treatment group (n = 29) and control group (n = 30). Chemotherapy with CAF was used in both groups for 6 cycles (21 days as a cycle) after one week of surgery. The blood routine, immunoglobulin and T cell subsets of the patients were examined at 1 day before chemotherapy and after 1 week of chemotherapy. Results Number of white blood cells in control was (3.3 ± 1.7 ) × 10^9 · L^-1, while that of combined Matrine injection group was (5.1 ± 2.5 )× 10^9 · L^-1. The lymphocyte transformation rate of peripheral blood was (8.1 ±+ 2.7 ) % in the control group, while that of combined Matrine injection group was ( 18. 6 ± 2. 9 ) %, which was significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0. 001 ). The percentages of CD8 + and CD4 + T lymphocytes in combined Matrine injection group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0. 001 ). The levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in combined Matrine injection group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The combined Matrine injection has the effects of decreasing the toxicity of chemical drugs, raising the hemogram, and strengthening the immunity of patients with breast carcinoma undergoing chemotherapy after surgery operation.
