洛阳地区甲真菌病患者生活质量的调查

Primary Investigation of life quality of patients with onychomycosis in Luoyang

目的研究甲真菌病对患者生活质量的影响。方法通过半定势的调查问卷,在洛阳地区的4家医院中开展调查研究。结果共调查甲真菌病患者96例,其中男性41例(42.7%),女性55例(57.3%)。指甲受累者50.0%,趾甲受累者67.7%,指/趾甲共患率为17.7%,受累病甲数目与主观健康因子(r=0.204,P<0.05)和情感影响因子(r=0.231,P<0.05)呈正相关。不同性别、不同年龄、不同职业、不同教育程度、不同病程患者各生活质量因子评分间的差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。甲真菌病对患者生活质量有明显的负面影响,主观健康感受有影响者82.3%;情感受影响者93.8%;思维受影响者94.8%;有社交障碍者91.7%。结论甲真菌病不仅仅是美观上的问题,还会影响患者的身心健康,使其生活质量下降。

Objective To study the life quality of patients with onychomycosis. Methods A semistructured questionnaire was used to assess the impact of onychomycosis on the quality of life in patients form four hospitals in Luoyang. Results Ninety-six patients with onycomycosis including 41 （42.7%） male and 55female （57.3%） were studied. In all these patients 50.0% of the patients had fingernail onychomycosis, 67.7% toenail onychomycosis and 17.7% suffered from both fingernail and toenail onychomycosis. In addition, onychomycosis had a significantly negative impact on patients＇ life quality. Of the 96 investigated patients, 82.29% worried about their health status, 93.75% had emotional influence, 94.79% had thinking influence and 91.67% had difficulty in social communication. Conclusion Onychomycosis is not only a cosmetic problem, but also influences patients＇ psychosomatic health and their life quality.
