Outcomes of cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass for patients with recent cerebral infarction

目的探讨近期脑梗死患者体外循环心脏手术的疗效。方法回顾性分析15例近期脑梗死患者接受体外循环心脏手术的病历资料。其中14例为风湿性心脏病患者,1例为左心房黏液瘤患者;最近一次脑梗死距手术的间隔时间为6～57 d。结果术后无中枢神经系统并发症发生,2例出现肺部感染,住院期间无死亡病例。随访4个月～4年,1例于术后2个月死亡。结论掌握手术时机,加强围手术期管理,近期脑梗死患者接受体外循环心脏手术可取得较好的效果。

Objective To investigate the outcomes of cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass for patients with recent cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with recent cerebral infarction who underwent cardiac surgery under eardiopulmonary bypass were retrospectively analysed. There were 14 cases of rheumatic heart disease and 1 case of left atrial myxoma among these 15 patients. The duration between last incidence of cerebral infarction and cardiac surgery was 6 to 57 days. Results No central neurological complications occurred after surgery, while two cases experienced pulmonary infection. There was no death during the hospital stay. Patients were followed up for 4 months to 4 years, and one case died at 2 months after surgery. Conclusion With proper operative timing and intensive perioperative management, cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass for patients with recent cerebral infarction may yield satisfactory results.
