不同固化方式对纤维桩粘接强度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究不同固化方式是否会对纤维桩的粘结强度产生影响。方法选取新鲜拔除的单根前磨牙20颗,使用纤维桩进行修复。粘结时分别使用化学固化和光固化的粘接剂进行固化,粘固后在力学拉力试验机上以2mm/min的速度持续加载,测试其粘结力。结果化学固化组与光固化组间脱位力差异有显著性(P<0.05)。化学固化组纤维桩的粘接强度>光固化组纤维桩的粘接强度。结论化学固化方式粘接纤维桩时产生的固位力要优于光固化方式粘接纤维桩时产生的固位力。
