SLIPA^(TM)喉罩在全麻气道管理中的应用 被引量：6

摘要 目的研究SLIPATM喉罩用于全身麻醉建立通气道的难易及维持通气的效果。方法选择28例ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级、择期全麻下手术的成年患者,建立SLIPATM喉罩通气道。从SLIPATM的插入时间、插入操作成功率、插入过程SpO2变化、术中维持机械通气等方面对气道建立的难易及维持通气的效果进行评价。结果96.4%的病人成功插入SLIPATM,一次插入操作的成功率为78.6%,71.4%的操作在30s内完成。插入过程及机械通气全程SpO2大于95%。结论SLIPATM喉罩通气道是一种操作简便、维持机械通气可靠的通气道。
