中枢性低钠血症的临床诊治分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨中枢性低钠血症两个常见病因抗利尿激素异常分泌综合征(SIADH)与脑性盐耗综合征(CSWS)的临床鉴别诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析中枢性低钠血症16例,其中SIADH　10例,CSWS6例,通过其临床表现及实验室指标明确诊断,确定有效的治疗方法。结果2例死亡,14例低血钠基本恢复正常。结论血容量的变化是SIADH和CSWS最可靠的区分点,中心静脉压和红细胞压积是判断血容量变化较为简单可靠的临床指标。
