Fire protection design for shiplift at Gaobazhou Project

升船机的消防是水利枢纽消防工程的重要部分。如何进行消防设计，有关的技术防火设计规范目前尚未颁布。文中分析了高坝洲升船机的结构布置及可能的火灾特点，着重介绍了它的消防设计以及消防供水系统的布置，特别较详细地介绍了承船箱升降空间的消防设计方案，包括救生疏散系统、钢丝绳冷却措施、升降空间顶板的保护措施、承船箱的消防措施、消火栓布置、自动报警和控制系统以及消防操作步骤等。

Fire protection for a shiplift is an important component of the fire system of a hydroproject with shiplift. The relevant technical specifications for fire protection design have not been promulgated at present. In this paper, the structural layout and potential fire disaster features of the shiplift at Gaobazhou Project are described, its fire protection design and layout of water supply system for fire extinguishing are emphatically introduced, and especially, the fire protection design scheme for the ship reception chambers lifting lowering space, including the staff evacuating system, measures for cable cooling, protective measures for the roof of the lifting lowering space, fire protection measures for ship reception chamber, layout of fire plug, automatic alarm and control system, and procedures for fire extinguishing operation etc. are presented in detail.
