运动训练对大脑可塑性影响的功能性磁共振成像研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 脑卒中后肢体常残留运动功能障碍,以偏瘫、共济失调及痉挛最为多见。目前运动疗法已广泛应用于脑卒中后患者的康复训练中,但脑卒中的预后受多种因素影响。目前普遍认为大脑可塑性(brain plasticity)和功能重组(functional reorganization)理论是脑损伤后功能恢复的理论基础,但很少有专业信息揭示脑激活的改变和运动功能恢复之间的关系。
