摘要 目的探讨Mini-Ganzfeld刺激器视觉诱发电位的临床应用价值。方法对23例32只正常成人眼及22例30只异常成人眼分别进行Ganzfeld刺激器闪光视觉诱发电位和Mini-Ganzfeld刺激器视觉诱发电位检查,比较两组视觉诱发电位的峰时及振幅。15例30只先天性白内障眼术前术后均进行Mini-Ganffeld刺激器视觉诱发电位检查,比较两组视觉诱发电位的P_2波的潜时及振幅。6例11只脑瘫及昏迷患者眼进行Mini-Ganzfeld刺激器视觉诱发电位检查。结果正常眼及异常眼的Ganzfeld刺激器闪光视觉诱发电位及Mini-Ganzfeld刺激器视觉诱发电位的峰时及振幅差异没有显著性意义。先天性白内障术前及术后Mini-VEP的P_2波的潜时差异有显著性意义,先天性白内障术前及术后Mini-VEP的P_2波的振幅差异没有显著性意义。脑瘫及昏迷患者能方便稳定记录到波形。结论Mini-Ganzfeld刺激器视觉诱发电位可为临床医生判断特殊患者的视功能提供重要依据。 Objective To study the clinical value of Mini-Ganzfeld stimulator visual evoked potential. Methods 23 cases of 32 normal adult eyes and 22 cases of 30 abnormal adult eyes respectively received Ganzfeld stimulator flash visual evoked potentials and Mini-Ganzfeld stimulator visual evoked potential examination. Compare the two groups visual evoked potential amplitude peaks and time. 15 cases (30 eyes ) of congenital cataract received Mini-Ganzfeld stimulator visual evoked potential examination before and after the operative. Compare the two groups' P2 visual evoked potential wave latency and amplitude. 6 cases ( 11 eyes) of patients with cerebral palsy and unconscious underwent Mini-Ganzfeld stimulator visual evoked potential examination. Results The difference between normal and abnormal adult eyes of Ganzfeld stimulator flash visual evoked potentials and Mini-Ganzfeld stimulator visual evoked potential latency and amplitude was not significant. The latency difference of congenital cataract preoperative and postoperative Mini-Ganzfeld stimulator visual evoked potential examination was significant, and the amplitude difference was not significant. It is facilitate and stability to recorde the waveform of patients with coma and cerebral palsy. Conclusion Doctors may use Mini-Ganzfeld stimulator visual evoked potential as an important tools for clinical judgment with special patients.
