经巩膜睫状体光凝术治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效分析

Clinical effects analysis of transslceral cyclophotocoagulation for neovascular glaucoma

目的探讨新生血管性青光眼经巩膜睫状体光凝术治疗(TSCPC)的临床疗效。方法收集2007年1月至2007年10月于我院眼科门诊就诊的新生血管性青光眼36例(36只眼),经TSCPC治疗。结果术后第1天平均眼压61.5 mm Hg,1周48.5 mm Hg,3周为45.6 mm Hg,6周36.6 mm Hg,3个月33.2mmHg,6个月25.5mm Hg。结论TSCPC操作相对简单,损伤小,具有重复性,TSCPC已成为新生血管性青光眼以及其他难治性青光眼治疗的首选方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of transslceral cyclophotocoagulation for neovascular glaucoma. Method 36 patients were treated with transscleral photocoagulation with neovascular glaucoma from 2008 Jan to 2007 Oct. Results The average IOP is 61.5 mm Hg the first day after the surgery, one week 48.5 mm Hg,3 weeks 45.6 mm Hg, 6 weeks 36.6 mm Hg, 3 months 33.2 mm Hg,6 months 25.5 mm Hg. Conclusion TSCPC is the first choice for NVG and other refractive glaucoma which is with safety and less injury and can be done again.
