小切口小瞳孔下白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术的临床观察

Clinical study for the small-incision extraction of cataract with IOL implantation under small pupil

目的观察小瞳孔下隧道式小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效。方法对50例(50只眼)白内障患者在小瞳孔下施行小切口非超声乳化的白内障摘除后房型人工晶状体植入术。结果术后1周矫正视力≥0.5者26只眼,占50%;矫正视力≥0.8者12只眼,占23.8%(矫正视力≥0.3者8只眼,占15.38%;矫正视力<0.3者5只眼,占9.61%;矫正视力<0.05者1只眼,占1.23%)。术后1个月矫正视力≥0.5者30只眼,占57.69%;矫正视力≥0.8者13只眼,占25.00%。结论小瞳孔下施行小切口白内障手术不需要特殊设备,同样获得了满意疗效,操作相对简便,易掌握。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the turnnel-like small-incision extraction under small pupil cataract with non-phacoemulsification and IOL implantation. Methods 52 eyes of cataracts with small pupil were operated on by the small-incision extraction with non-placoemulsification and IOL implantation. Results The corrected Visual acuity achieving≥0.5 was 26 eyes （50%） ,and≥0.8 was 12 eyes（ 23.08% ） on first week after operation. The corrected visual acuity achieving ≥0.5 was 30 eyes （57.69% ）, and visual acuity achieving ≥0. 8 was 13 eyes （25.00% ）. Conclusion The turnnel-like small-incision exatraction is not only an effective method in treatment of patients keeping small pupil same to patients keeping large pupil during operation, but also relatively simple and easily mastered without special equipments.
