曲安奈德联合眼压升高法治疗脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离的初步探讨

Intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide injection combined method of intraocular pressure rising for the treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment complicated with choroidal detachment

目的探讨曲安奈德玻璃体腔注射联合眼压升高法治疗脉络膜脱离型孔源性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法11例(11只眼)合并脉络膜脱离的孔源性视网膜脱离,予玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德及平衡盐溶液或50%C_3F_8,观察眼压、脉络膜脱离及视网膜脱离复位情况。结果治疗后11只眼眼压回升,10只眼7 d内脉络膜脱离复位,1只眼治疗后第8天复位;视网膜复位手术一次性成功10只眼(90.9%),1只眼经二次手术视网膜脱离复位。随访3至12个月,11只眼视网膜复位。结论曲安奈德玻璃体腔注射联合眼压升高法能迅速、安全、有效地治疗脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离,简化手术过程,提高脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离的手术成功率。

Objective To investigate the effect of intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide injection combined Method of intraocular pressure rising for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment complicated with choroidal detachment. Method 11 cases （ 11 eyes ） of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment complicated with choroidal detachment underwent the procedure of intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide and balanced salt solution or 50% C3 F8. The intraocular pressure,choroidal and retinal reattachment condition were observed. Results All of the patients had their intraocular pressure elevated. The choroidal reattached in 10 eyes within 7 days and one eye reattached at the 8th day. The operation of retinal reattached were succeeded in 10 eyes and one eye needed the second operation. Followed up 3 to 12 months, 11 retina were reattached. Conclusion Intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide injection combined Method of intraocular pressure rising was an effective and safe Method to treat choroidal detachment. The Method simplified surgery procedure and improved the success rate of retinal reattachment operation.
