EMT调控口腔癌侵袭转移分子机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 上皮细胞间质转型(Epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)在胚胎发育、慢性炎症、组织重建和肿瘤侵袭转移中发挥了重要作用,其主要的特征包括:E-钙黏素表达的下调、N-钙黏素表达的上调;角蛋白为主的细胞骨架转化为波形蛋白为主的细胞骨架:以及形态上由上皮细胞转化为具有间充质特征的细胞等。这种表型的变换使肿瘤细胞丧失细胞-细胞间连接。
