精密附着体义齿应用软衬前后的临床效果观察

Clinical effects of soft lining for the precise dental attachment denture

目的观察精密附着体义齿应用软衬前后的临床效果,探讨精密附着体修复组织面软衬技术的可行性。方法对已接受精密附着体修复的患者在软衬处理前后,详细记录患者的咀嚼效率、最大咬合力值和满意度情况,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果精密附着体修复的患者在进行衬里后,义齿的各种佩戴指标有很大程度的提高。结论精密附着体组织面软衬技术可提高精密附着体的修复效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical outcome of soft relining for the presice dental attachment used as retainers. Methods Before and after the soft lining was applied, the indexes such as retention, chewing efficacy, maximum biting force and patients＇ satisfactions were recored, and the data were statistically analyze.Results After using the soft relining technique, the all indexes （retention, chewing efficacy, maximum biting force and patients＇ satisfactions） were significantly improved compared to non-soft lining. Conclusion The soft relining technique is very useful for the clinical improvement in mastication, equilibrium and stabilization of precise dental attachment denture.
