128例前牙桩冠修复失败原因及疗效分析

摘要目的探讨前牙桩冠修复失败的原因，使桩冠修复技术更加完善。方法收集128例失败病例复查并进行分析。结果前牙桩冠修复失败原因主要为桩松动、根折、龈炎、根尖炎、冠脱位、冠折等。结论桩冠修复前要选择好适应证，合理设计制作。
