模具表面微凸体形貌激光毛化过程参数分析 被引量:1

Parametric Analysis of Laser Texturing on Mould & Die with Micro-convex Topography

摘要 为了提高模具耐磨性能和板料的成形性能,并精确控制模具表面毛化形貌尺寸,采用灯泵浦Nd:YAG激光器,运用单因素轮换法,进行了系统的激光毛化工艺试验。对激光脉冲参数(泵浦电压、脉冲宽度、离焦量等)与模具表面主要形貌参数(凹坑直径、凸肩直径、凸肩高度及凹坑深度)的影响规律作了进一步的研究。结果表明,单脉冲能量的大小及作用时间是形成精确尺寸球冠状微凸形貌的关键因素。 With the aim of increasing the wear resistant and anti-wear performance of mould &. die, forming performance of sheet metal, and precisely controlling the size of laser texturing topography on the surface of mould &,. die, a pulsed laser beams generated by lamp pumping Nd:YAG laser and single factor alternate method are adopted to process the mould &. die surface and systematic process experiment is carried out. Furthermore, the influence laws between pulsed laser parameters (bump voltage, pulse duration, defoeusing etc) and main profile parameters (pocket diameter, protuberance diameter, protuberance height and crater depth) of mould &. die have been analyzed and investigated. The results show that the magnitude and action time of single pulse energy are the key factors to produce spherical cap slight protuberance profile with accurate size.
