摘要
系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）的肾脏累及率为30%～90％不等，在上世纪50年代，狼疮性肾炎患者的5年生存率接近零，40年后，其5年生存率可达83％～92％，10年生存率74％～84％，10年肾脏存活率近80％。这主要归功于激素和免疫抑制剂的应用。
