摘要 首次引入生物学原理研究机构综合与设计。提出变胞元素(进化单元),探讨基于变胞元素的变胞机构基因进化机制,建立基于基因进化技术的变胞机构创新设计理论。首先深入分析变胞机构的综合过程与构态进化特点,结合变胞机构的机构组成原理与结构构型建模分析,建立基于变胞元素的变胞机构基因建模方法,以基因模型讨论变胞机构的构态演变与进化。针对提出的变胞进化单元,深入研究底层变胞单元的基因进化机制与规律,主要探讨基因聚合进化机制、主动基因进化机制、基因变异进化机制、基因相交进化机制和基因分离进化机制,建立变胞机构基因设计理论基础与构态自动演变计算方法,实现满足多功能阶段设计需求的变胞源机构多构态模式。计算实例中变胞源机构综合过程验证了基因设计理论的正确性,变胞源机构到具体工作阶段机构的可分离蜕化变胞元素求解过程体现了进化综合理论的有效性。 The metamorphic elements and the metamorphic evolutionary techniques are proposed for the first time. Beginning with the analysis of working characteristics and the topology change of metamorphic mechanisms, integrating the structural composition principle with topological configuration decomposition, the genetic configuration modeling for metamorphic mechanisms is proposed. This is followed by the configuration transformation and evolutionary operations. Modeling mechanism elements as metamorphic genes and cells, the corresponding operations can be obtained by the evolutionary rules by substantive examples. Thus, five evolutionary schemes are explored as aggregation operation, genovariation aggregation operation, intersection operation, direct sum operation and segregation operation. The evolution operators are based on set theory and the essence is to simulate the evolution procedure in an automated and computational means by using the rules from set theory based on the analysis of the evolution capability and performance of the metamorphic elements corresponding to the specific evolution characteristics and inherent genetic evolution rules. This results in the genetic evolution schemes developed to serve as a vehicle for topology change and mobility alteration. The configuration synthesis methodology based on the biological concept is further proposed with a procedure for evolutionary synthesis.
