摘要
随着移动通信技术的发展,手机已经成为人们日常生活必不可少通信的工具,与此同时,手机辐射对健康的影响也成为热门话题。测试结果表明,人体组织对电磁辐射吸收剂量的分布极不均匀,它与辐射频率、辐射强度、暴露时间以及人体组织的导电率、介电常数等多种参数有关。目前世界各国电磁辐射限值的标准主要分为欧规和美规两个体系,用SAR值来计量,欧规限值标准是2W/kg,美规限值标准是1.6W/kg。
With the development of mobile communications, mobile phones have become indispensable tools for daily life. At the same time, the effects of mobile-phone radiation on human health have become a hot topic. The test results show that the absorption dosage of electromagnetic radiation to human body is distributed quite unevenly, and influenced by many parameters, such as radiation frequency, radiation intensity, exposure time, conductivity and permittivity of human tissues. At present, the standards of electromagnetic radiation limits in the world could be divided into European system and U.S system. It is measured with the SiR value, the limit of European regulatory standards is 2 W/kg while the limit of U.S. regulatory standards is 1.6 W/kg.
