A Multi-bank On-line Electronic Cash Scheme Based on ECC

基于电子现金的电子支付是电子商务系统的核心，但是目前还处在研究阶段。利用椭圆曲线密码体制（ECC）的优点，构建了一个多银行参与发行现金的简便易行的电子现金方案，并且将电子现金的可分性思想引入，使得该方案更能满足人们的需求。设计该方案思想源自Brands方案的限制性Schnorr盲签名，其安全性基于椭圆曲线离散对数的安全性。

The e-payment system based on e-cash, the core of e-commerce, is still in research stage. By utilizing the advantages of Elliptic Curve Cryptosystems a simple e-cash scheme involved many issuing banks is designed. The introduction of e cash＇ s divisibility makes a better satisfaction of the people＇s needs. The essential idea is from the resrricted Schnorr blind signature, and its security is based on that of the Elliptic Curve discrete logarithm.
