摘要
本文以最能代表长江下游水流特征的镇江市区段为例,从环境水力学角度分析不同江段的水质污染,以及如何根据水流条件进行区域水污染物排放总量控制,在促进沿江经济发展的同时,改善区域水体污染,保护长江的水资源.
This paper takes the Zhengjiang river section as an example to analyze the water pollution in different river sections of Yangtze river from environmental hydromechanics point of view.It also investigates how to carry out regional total pollutants discharge load control to preserve the water resources in course of economic development.\=
