摘要
结外NK／T细胞淋巴瘤，鼻型，是近年来逐渐被认识的非霍奇金淋巴瘤的一个亚型。由于其细胞形态的多样性以及肿瘤细胞的嗜血管性，且常伴有血管的破坏与坏死，历来命名较为混乱。其中有Kiel分型的多形T细胞淋巴瘤，小、中、大细胞型，REAL分型的血管中心T细胞淋巴瘤，以及其他如恶性中线网状细胞增生症、致死性中线肉芽肿、多型性网状细胞增生症等。1997年Jaff等在WHO淋巴瘤分型草案中提出一种新的非霍奇金淋巴瘤亚型，具有同时表达T细胞抗原（CD3）和NK细胞抗原（CD56）的特征。
