实现社保信息系统的三层应用体系结构

Three-tier Application Architecture for Implementation of Social Security System

信息化技术发展日新月异,新技术的出现在提高人们对信息的掌握和操控能力的同时也为当今社会保险的信息化建设提出了更高的要求。社会保障系统在社区的建设、公共服务体系的延伸,以及更完善、方便地与银行、财政、税务、金融、民政等部门的信息交换,成为当前社会保险系统所要面对的问题。为了解决这个问题,在增大行业基础信息网络建设、提高信息系统的处理能力和速度的同时,还应该适时地运用新技术对现有系统进行升级、改造,以使其更适应信息量不断增大、信息面更加拓宽的行业需求。文中对南京市劳动和社会保障管理信息系统的现状进行了描述;分析了软件系统运行所面临的问题;并针对问题和目前的现状,以及未来劳动和社会保障业务、金保工程规划发展,提出了新的信息系统三层应用体系结构的目标和方案。

The rapid advancement of information technology, emergence of new technologies in improving the people abtaining of information and the ability to control as well as social security put high demand to today information-based construction. The social security system extending to the community, an extension of the public service system, as well as a better and more easy deal with the bank, financial, tax, civil affairs departments, such as information exchange, is what the social security system must face. To solve this problem, while speeding up industry-based information network construction, information systems to improve the processing power and speed should use timely new technology to upgrade existing systems, reconstructuring, so as to make it more adapted to the ever increasing amount of information, and to process more information to meet the industry broadening needs.
