摘要
辽宁省水利水电工程局先后修筑了观音阁和江垭两座碾压混凝土坝,观音阁采用PCD工法,江垭为RCC方法施工.两种碾压混凝土的施工艺没有实质性的差别,主要差异在于观音阁采用75cm的压实层厚,分三层台阶式铺筑,每75cm间歇3~5d,江垭采用30cm压实层厚,平层连续铺筑.两座大坝碾压混凝土的施工都是很成功的,工艺措施上的互相融合和借用将使碾压混凝土施工发挥更高的效率,更易于保证质量.
Bureau of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power Construction of Liaoning Province has successively constructed Guanyinge Roller Compacted Concrete Dam where RCD construction method is adoopted and Jiangyea Roller Compacted Concrete Dam where RCC is used. There is no substancial difference between the two types of roller compacted conctete construction workmanships. The main difference between them lies in the fact that RCD at Guanyinge Dam is placed in 75 cm compacted layers, each in 3 layers of 25 cm, in a benching style, with a permitted time interval of 3~5 days between the successive 75 cm compacted layers, and RCC at Jiangya Dam is continuously placed in 30cm compacted layers on the same bed. The roller compacted concrete construction of both dams is successfully performed. The blend and reference of workmanship measures will ensure to roller compacted concrete construction a higher efficiency and facilltate the quality control.
