江垭工程的混凝土多方式运输方案

摘要 江垭大坝是峡谷中的碾压混凝土高坝,混凝土的运输,既要适应峡谷的地形条件,又要适应碾压混凝土的特性.采用的运输方案是:147.00m高程以下低部位自卸汽车直接入仓;以上的高部位采用深槽皮带、负压溜槽、自卸汽车以及门机联合运输入仓.坝内近22万m^3的常态混凝土采用与碾压混凝土相同的运输方式.实践证明,自卸汽车入仓口、负压溜槽、深槽皮带及门机的布置,以及运输方案的实施是成功的,负压溜槽的运用,开辟了峡谷地形中以比较经济的手段高强度、高效率运输混凝土的新途径. Jiangya Dam is a rollercompacted concrete high dam in gorges, therefore the concrete transportation scheme should be not only adapted to the topographic conditions of the gorges but also geared to the features of roller compacted concrete. The transportation scheme adopoted is such that concrete is delivered to the work site below elevation 147 m by dumper, and for that above elevation 147 m through the combination of deep-trench belt conveyors, vacuum sliding chutes, dumpers and gantry crane. The conventional conerete of nearly 22 × 1O^4m^3 of the dam shall be transported in the same way as roller-compacted concrete. The practice shows that the layout of entrance for dumpers, vacuum sliding chutes, deep-trench belt conveyor and gantry crane, and execution of the transpotation scheme is successful. The employment of vacuum sliding chutes has blazed a new economical way to transport concrete with high intensity and efficiency.
