流式细胞术定量检测血小板膜糖蛋白及其在急性冠状动脉综合征中的应用

摘要 急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）是指临床上包括急性心肌梗死（AMI）、不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）和心源性猝死（SD）的一组危重心血管疾病，其发病机制是冠状动脉粥样斑块破裂后继发血栓形成，与血小板的活化和内皮细胞的功能密切相关。血小板的活化与其膜糖蛋白（GP）有着密切的关系，用流式细胞术（FCM）检测血小板GP可评价血小板功能，判断其活化状态。
