摘要
首先论证了深圳港东、西片总体自然条件比较。认为西片大鹏湾虽是水深港阔 ,具有深水岸线长和锚地充足的优势 ,但风浪较大 ,港区陆域狭窄 ,位置偏离珠江河网区 ;而西片伶仃洋东岸 ,地处矾石水道及东部浅滩区 ,是伶仃洋淤积量最小的区域 ,沿岸潮滩和陆域宽广 ,建港用地充足 ,而且湾口有众多岛屿和浅滩屏障 ,风浪小 ,尤其是位于河海结合部 ,具有“水转水”的集疏运优势 ,总体自然条件西片优于东片。据此提出深圳港的发展重心应向妈湾以北的伶仃洋东岸推进 ,维持深圳港主港区的地位 ,将深圳港建设成为国际中转港和华南枢纽港之一。并论述了深圳、香港优势互补 ,共同开发铜鼓出海航道 。
This paper demonstrates the comparison of overall natural conditions of the east and west wings of Shenzhen Port.With deep water and wide bay area,the east wing Dapeng Bay has the advantages of long coastline and enough anchorage.However,the sea is heavy there and,with narrow land,the bay is away from the waterway network area of Pearl River.The west wing,located on Fanshi Channel and the east shoal of Lingdingyang Bay,is the region with the least siltation where there are enough land and tidal beachland for port construction Moreorer,there are a lot of isles and shoals screening the bay mouth,hence the sea is mild.Located at the junction of the river with the sea,the west wing occupies a dominant position of water transportation.Therefore,the west wing is superior to the east in overall natural conditions.The author concludes that the development focus of Shenzhen Port should be moved forward from the north of Mawan to the east coast of Lingdingyang Bay to build Shenzhen Port to be an international transfer port and one of the junction port of South China with maintaining the original port as the major port area.The paper also suggests Shenzhen and Hong Kong develop jointly the Tonggu Sea-going Channel and build up the group of junction ports on the east coast of Lingdingyang Bay with Complementing each other's superiorities.
