摘要
目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子、上皮性钙黏蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶在乳腺肿瘤中的表达情况,研究其在乳腺肿瘤发生、发展中的生物学意义并观察其与乳腺肿瘤浸润及转移的内在关系。方法:本研究采用免疫组织化学技术SP法,对乳腺纤维腺瘤、乳腺导管内原位肿瘤、乳腺浸润性导管肿瘤组织中上述3个指标的表达情况进行对比观察。结果:血管内皮生长因子、上皮性钙黏蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶在各组中的阳性表达比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺肿瘤组织中上皮性钙黏蛋白阳性表达率下降或者血管内皮生长因子和基质金属蛋白酶阳性表达率升高,提示乳腺肿瘤的浸润和转移能力增强;联合检测有助于乳腺肿瘤的早期诊断和预后判断。
Objective To approach the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor, epithelial cadherin and matrix metalloprotinases in the breast neoplasm and the reahionship with invasion and metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemistry technique SP method was used to observe the expressions of three indexs in the fibroadenoma, the ductal corcinoma in situ and the invasive ductal carcinoma of breast. Results In the fibroadenoma, the ductal carcinoma in situ and the invasive ductal carcinoma, the positive immunostaining rate of vascular endothelial growth factor, matrix metalloprotinases and epithelial cadherin had statistic difference (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion In the breast invasive ductal carcinoma, the expression of epithelial cadherin decreases and the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor and matrix metalloprotinases increase, which suggests the invasive and metastasis ability of the neoplasm be enhanced. The combined detection would contribute to the early diagnosis and prognostic assessment of the carcinoma.
