Ⅱ类洞悬突预防技术的临床应用研究

Study of prevention technique application on classⅡcavity overhang

目的对牙楔与口腔多功能剔除器配合预防牙齿Ⅱ类洞悬突技术的可行性进行分析。方法选择400颗Ⅱ类洞患牙进行银汞合金充填,随机分为4组,分别使用牙楔和口腔多功能剔除器进行充填,常规摄X光片进行比较。结果使用牙楔同时使用口腔多功能剔除器悬突发生率明显低于单独使用牙楔,P<0.01。结论牙楔与口腔多功能剔除器配合使用,可有效地预防牙齿Ⅱ类洞悬突的形成。

Objective To analyze the feasibility of the technique using the dental wedge and the dental multi-purpose pick working together to prevent class Ⅱ cavity overhang. Methods 400 patients＇ teeth were selected and divided into four groups of 100 teeth per group, and then silver-amalgam restoration was used with the dental wedge and the multi-purpose pick working together or separately, took regular X-ray film for comparison. Results The occurrence rate of class Ⅱ cavity overhang in patients using the dental wedge and the multi-purpose pick was much lower than that in patients using the dental wedge only （ P 〈 0.01 ） . The difference between them was significant. Conclusion The dental wedge and the dental multi-purpose pick working together was an effective way to prevent class Ⅱ cavity overhang.
