摘要 在全球经济高度一体化、钢铁行业竞争态势愈演愈烈的今天,宝钢围绕规模拓展这条发展主线,坚持"开放式自主集成创新"的发展路径,沿着工艺装备技术和产品技术发展轨迹,实现从"精品战略"到"精品+规模"战略,从"以新建产线为主"到"兼并重组与新建相结合"的转变,大大提升了公司综合竞争力,实现了企业可持续发展。展望新一轮发展,宝钢选择技术能力"企业内生"和"外部获取"并重的开放式自主集成创新模式,发展循环经济,正确处理规模拓展与环境友好的关系,不断提升企业核心竞争力,实现企业与社会的和谐发展,创造更好的钢铁,创建和谐的环境,实现美好的生活。 Today, the global economy has been highly integrated and the competition among steel producers has been increasingly fierce. Focusing on the scale expansion, adhering to the open and independent integration and innovation, and keeping the development in process equipment and product technology, Baosteel has successfully shifted its strategies from "superfine products" to "superfine products plus scale expansion", and from "building new production lines" to "merging and reorganizing plus building new production lines", which greatly enhanced its comprehensive competitiveness and achieved its goal of sustainable development. In a new round of development, Baosteel will choose the open and independent integration and innovation mode, which emphasizes improving its technological ability by "internal generation" and "external acquisition", to develop its recycling economy. Through correctly dealing with the relationship between scale expansion and environmental protection, Baosteel will constantly improve its core competitiveness, make common development harmoniously between enterprises and society, produce better steel, create a harmonious environment and a better life.
