卵巢肝样癌一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者 女，34岁。因尿频4个月，腹胀、经期短、经量少2个月入院。妇科体检：下腹部膨隆，脐下3cm可触及一较大质硬肿块，如孕5个月大小，不活动，无压痛。实验室检查：肿瘤标志物系列血清卵巢癌抗原（CA125）、甲胎蛋白（AFP）、癌胚抗原（CEA）、铁蛋白（SF）均正常。子宫内膜诊刮病理：宫内刮出物为增生期宫内膜，部分腺体伴增生现象。
