股骨骨骺Ewing瘤一例

摘要 患者 男，15岁。右腿疼痛半年，肿胀1个月余。体检发现右膝关节软组织肿胀，局部皮肤发红，皮温升高，有压痛。实验室检验血白细胞增高，关节镜检查诊断为化脓性关节炎。X线检查：右股骨内髁密度减低，边缘非承重面见溶骨性骨质破坏，膝关节面光整，关节间隙未见异常（图1）。CT检查：右股骨骨骺髓腔密度减低，边缘骨皮质模糊中断，可见溶骨性骨质破坏。
