摘要
目的探讨MIIGX3-人工骨在胸腰椎骨折中的应用效果。方法伤椎椎体和松动的椎弓根钉道注射植入MIIGX3-人工骨+椎弓根内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折26例。结果随访12~39个月,骨折全部愈合,伤椎高度恢复。所有患者均未见不良全身反应及局部反应。根据影像学评估,随访时测得Cobb角、椎体前缘高度比值(分别为5.37°±4.36°,94.43%±9.60%)与术前(分别为23.43°±9.97°,43.14%±11.25%)比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),而与术后1周内(分别为5.16°±4.28°,96.37%±9.56%)比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论MIIGX3-人工骨安全性高,能强化椎弓根钉的固定作用,可有效恢复伤椎力学性能,促进骨折的愈合,并缩短卧床时间。
Objective To investigate the clinical results of MIIGX3-bone graft substitute in the reconstruction of thoracolumbar fracture. Methods 26 cases of thoracolumbar fracture were treated with MIIGX3-bone graft substitute in the injured vertebra and in the pedicle screw's track ± pedicle screw fixation. Results All cases were followed up for 12 - 39 months. It showed all of the fractures healed. The injured vertebra heights were restored. No side effect or local irritation was found. There were significant differences in the kyphotic Cobb angle and ratio of anterior vertebral height between their postoperative and preoperative radiological measurements (5.37° ± 4. 36°, 94. 43% ± 9.60% , and 23.43° ± 9.97° ,43. 14% ± 11.25% ,P 〈 0. 05 ). Follow-up showed no significant deformity in the angle and ratio 1 week after surgery (5.16° ±4. 28° ,96.37% ±9. 56% ,P 〉0. 05). Conclusions MIIGX3-bone graft substitute is safe,which can enhance pedicle screw fixation, restore the injured vertebra mechanical performance,promote the fracture healing and reduce the patients' bed time.
