摘要 目的:利用杂种犬建立一种近似人类临床牙齿根尖开放的动物模型。方法:将2条杂种犬12颗犬齿开髓及拔髓后,用根管预备器械破坏已经发育完善的根尖处,并开放于口腔环境10 d。拍X线片观察破坏情况。结果:所有实验牙均形成近似人类临床牙齿根尖开放的影像。结论:用机械破坏加开放于口腔环境的方法建立的犬齿根尖开放模型,是较近似于人类牙齿根尖开放的动物模型,且实验周期大大缩短。 Objective: To establish a dog model with apical open similar to clinical human apical open. Methods: Two dogs were used in this study. After preparation of the access cavities, the pulp was removed, the apical seat was destroced with root canal preparation instruments, and the root canals were exposed to the oral cavity for 10 days. The radiological changes were examined. Results: All tested teeth were observed similar symptom to human clinical apical open in radio- graphic appearance. Conclusion: Animal model with apical open established through mechanical destroy and exposure to oral cavity is similar to human apical open, and the experiment period is even shorter.
