c-fos及基质金属蛋白酶13在人口腔鳞状细胞癌发生中的表达及病理意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的:检测c-fos和基质金属蛋白酶13(matrix metalloproteinase 13,MMP13)在OSCC、癌旁组织和正常口腔上皮中的表达,探讨其与OSCC发生发展的关系。方法:免疫组化法检测和统计学分析。结果:c-fos表达在胞核内,MMP13表达在胞浆中,二者在OSCC中的阳性表达分别为67.3%及63.3%。c-fos和MMP13在有、无颈淋巴结转移组的阳性表达率分别为65.2%、69.2%(P(0.05)和78.3%、50%(P(0.05)。结论:c-fos表达与OS-CC病理分级相关,但与颈淋巴结转移无关。MMP13表达与OSCC病理分级和颈淋巴结转移均相关。 Objective: To investigate the distribution and expression of c - fos and matrix metalloproteinase 13 ( MMP13 ) in OSCC, para - OSCC and normal oral epithelium and their role in the occurrence and development of OSCC. Methods: Elivision^TM plus was used. The immunohistochemical results were analyzed by statistical evaluation. Results: The expression of c - fos localized in the nucleus of the cell was 67.3% in OSCC. The expression of MMP13 localized in the cytoplasmic of the cell could be 63.3% in OSCCS. The positive rates of c - los and MMP13 in lymph node metastasis and non - lymph node metastasis were 65.2% and 69.2% (P 〉 0.05) , as well as 78.3% and 50% (P 〈 0.05), re- spectively. Conclusion: In OSCC, the expression of c -los and MMP13 was related to differentiation. No significant correlation was observed between c - los expression and lymph node metastasis. The positive expression of MMP13 increased significantly compared to lymph node metastasis.
