Strategy for Respiratory Support of Severe Lung Infection in Children

摘要 呼吸功能障碍及呼吸衰竭是儿童严重呼吸道感染常见问题,维持呼吸道通畅、合理使用机械通气、保证氧合是重要支持治疗措施。现重点介绍严重呼吸道感染的概念、人工呼吸道建立与管理、常规通气肺保护及急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征通气策略。
