摘要 目的:观察过氧化物酶体增殖因子活化受体γ(PPARγ)在垂体腺瘤组织中的表达情况,分析PPARγ与垂体腺瘤激素免疫分型等之间的关系。方法:选取2002年1月—2005年5月38例手术切除的垂体腺瘤,利用RT-PCR和Western Blot技术分析PPARγ在垂体腺瘤中的表达情况及其与垂体腺瘤激素免疫分型等之间的关系。结果:所有肿瘤均发现有PPARγ的表达。按照垂体腺瘤激素免疫分型各组肿瘤表达的PPARγ mRNA和PPARγ蛋白表达水平均无显著差异。结论:人类垂体腺瘤中有PPARγ的表达。 Objective:To study the expression of PPARγ in pituitary adenomas and analysis the role of PPARγ in hormone typing of pituitary adenomas. Methods:The 38 consecutive pituitary adenoma patients between Jan 2002 to May 2005 were enrolled in this study. Their specimens were analyzed by RT-PCR and Western blot technique. Results: PPARγ was found expressed in pituitary adenomas. According to the hormone typing, there was no significant different expression of PPARγ in every groups. Conclusion: Human pituitary adenomas could expressed PPARγ.
