牙髓塑化治疗后根管再通的实验研究

Experimental Study of Negotiating the Retreatment of Canal Obturated with Resinifying Agent

目的:探讨先锋锉和酚克除再通塑化治疗后根管的能力。方法:80颗离体下颌第1恒磨牙,选取近中根管作为研究对象,经FR酚醛树脂塑化后随机分成4组进行根管再通,每组40个根管。A组:K锉去除根管内塑化物;B组:K锉和酚克除去除根管内塑化物;C组:先锋锉去除根管内塑化物;D组:先锋锉和酚克除去除根管内塑化物。记录根管通畅的个数、操作时间、根管偏移或侧穿、器械折断等情况。结果:先锋锉去除根管内塑化物的能力明显优于K锉;先锋锉辅助酚克除,再通根管的效果最好,95%的塑化根管能被疏通。结论:先锋锉和酚克除能有效地去除根管内塑化物,疏通根管,提高根管再通的成功率。

Objective：To evaluate the possibility for the negotiating of resinifying treated canal by Resosolv and C pilot files. Methods：Eighty mandibular first permanent molar （160 meisal root canals） obturated with FR phenolaldehyde agent were divided into 4 groups, 40 root canals per group. These canals were managed with different methods in the four groups. Group A： K file; group B： Resosolv with K file; group C： C-pilot files; group D： Resosolv with C-pilot files. The number of negotiated canal, time required for negotiating canal, canal complications and instrument fracture were recorded. Results： The effectiveness of C pilot files for negotiating resinifying agent was better than K file. The effectiveness of the resosolv with C pilot files was the best, by which 95 % of canals could be negotiated. Conclusion：Resosolv and C pilot files are effective for negotiating canals obturated with reslnifying agent.
