叠片式双钩强度的有限元分析研究

Research on the strength of the lift hook of laminated construction by the method of finite element

炼钢车间的铁水罐倾倒铁水的过程中的倾翻吊钩是一个特殊的双吊钩,传统的方法是采用锻造的方法生产。应用传统的强度校核方法研究双钩的工作应力分布,然后采用有限元分析对拟采用的叠片式结构的强度进行了三种状态下的强度计算与分析,结果表明采用叠片式铆接双钩完全可以代替传统的锻造双钩,为大型单件结构的生产工艺改进进行了有益的探索。

The lift hook of the jar molten iron which used for dump the molten iron is a special bi-lateral hook. It was made traditional by pressforging. The working stress of the dangerous section has been proofread by theory of classical mechanics. The strength of the lift hook of laminated construction has been calculated by the method of finite element in three conditions. The result express that the strength of lift hook of laminated construction is sufficient. The method of riveting that making the hook could substitute for press forging.
