摘要
参照空间几何学原理,采用图形示例,形象地描绘出在圆柱齿轮、锥齿轮和蜗轮蜗杆在装配过程中,由于齿轮副轴线位置不正确而产生的各种异常啮合情况;并分析这些异常啮合情况产生的原因,介绍正确保证齿轮啮合轴线的调整方法,并确定更有利于形成合适润滑油膜的啮合情况。目的旨在向工艺工程师和传动系统装配人员提供切实可行的装配方法、检验方法和误差补偿原理,并对齿轮的加工提出更高的要求。
Refereeing to the solid geometry theory and adopting the diagrammatic representation,visually describes severn kinds of abnormal engaging situations caused by the wrong position of the gears' axes during assembling the cylindrical gear,the bevel gear and the worm & worm-wheel;also,it analyzes the reasons caused by the abnormal engaging situations ,and introduces the adjusting methods about how to guarantee the correct position of the engaged gears' axes and determines the engaging situation which is more beneficial to attain the proper lubricating oil film more ;It aims to supply the process engineers and assembling workers with the feasible assembly methods,inspection methods and tolerance compensation principles ,and offers the higher requirement for gear machining.
