摘要
在锥面刃磨法和螺旋面刃磨法的基础上提出了改进的螺旋锥面刃磨法,建立了后刀面方程,并在三维软件中对三种刃磨方法得到的圆周后角进行了比较,证明经过改进的螺旋锥面刃磨法的圆周后角分布进一步改善。
On the basis of the core sharpening method and helical sharpening method,an advanced helical core sharpening method is introduced,and the mathematical model of its flank is set up. The circumferential clearances produced by three sharpening methods are compared by 3D software ,and the distribution of the circumferential clearance of the advanced helical core sharpening method is better than helical core sharpening method.
