摘要
目的优化批量伤员急救流程，提高急救水平。方法采用作业重组理论，对批量伤员的急救流程进行优化，并应用于批量伤员的急救实践。结果自2004年6月～2008年7月我院接诊了16批次批量伤员，总人数133人，其中ISS≥16者17人。治愈129人，死亡4人。结论急救流程的优化在批量伤员的急救处理中发挥重要作用，合理的急救流程能够显著提高批量伤员的急救效果。
Objective To optimize the emergency care procedure of mass casualties and improve the emergency treatment. Methods A modified emergency care model for mass casualties was designed under the principle of business process reengineering （BPR） theory, and was used in clinical practice. Results The modified model was used in 16 batches of mass casuahies from Jun. 2004 to Jul. 2008. A total number of 133 patients were managed,among whom 17 patients had ISS score equal to or greater than 16. A total of 129 patients were cured,but 4 died because of severe brain trauma. Conclusion Modification of emergency care model plays an important role in the management of mass casualties. A good model may improve the emergency care of such patients.
