AnnexinⅡ蛋白在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

The clinical significance of the expression of annexinⅡ protein in non-small cell lung cancer

目的:探讨AnnexinⅡ蛋白表达在非小细胞肺癌的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测87例肺癌组织及肺正常组织中AnnexinⅡ蛋白的表达,分析在不同临床病理指标下AnnexinⅡ蛋白的表达情况。结果:AnnexinⅡ蛋白的阳性表达率高于肺正常组织(17.65%),两者有显著性差异(P<0.05);癌组织中AnnexinⅡ蛋白表达率与患者性别、吸烟、分化程度、及病理分型均无相关性(P>0.05),与病理分期、有无淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:肺癌组织中Annexin-2蛋白过度表达,可能对肺癌的发生发展及侵袭转移起着一定的作用。

Objective：To explore the expression of AnnexinⅡ protein in non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） and its clinical significance.Methods：The expression of Annexin-2 protein was detected in lung cancerous tissues and normal tissues using S-P staining method.The expression of AnnexinⅡ was analyzed in lung cancerous tissues with different clinical pathological parameters.Results：The expression of AnnexinⅡ protein in lung cancerous tissues（58.57%） was obvious higher than that in lung normal tissues（17.65%）,which had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.No correlation was found between AnnexinⅡ expression and the smoking,sex,differentiated level,histological type.But the expression level of AnnexinⅡ was closely related to P-TNM stage and lymph node metastasis in lung cancer patients（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：AnnexinⅡ over expression maybe related to the pathogenesis and development of lung cancer.
