评估B淋巴细胞是流式细胞仪免疫分型最有临床意义的指征之一,通过检测免疫球蛋白轻链限制性或异常表型可区分肿瘤性B细胞和反应性B细胞,而肿瘤细胞的表型可用于诊断WHO分类中具有不同特点的淋巴瘤亚型。本文综述流式细胞免疫分型在诊断B淋巴细胞肿瘤中的应用。

Evaluation of B-lymphocyte is one of the most well-established clinical application of flow cytometric immunophenotyping.Neoplastic B-cells can be distinguished from reactive B-cells by demonstration of immunoglobulin light chain restriction or phenotypic aberrancy.The phenotype of the neoplastic cells can be used to identify one of the distinct disease entities recognized in the World Health Organization classification.This article reviews general principles of the flow cytometric evaluation of B-cell lymphoid neoplasms and diagnostic application in clinical settings.
