Survivin在人胃癌及癌前病变中表达的研究 被引量:3

摘要 肿瘤的发生是多基因,多阶段渐进的结果,其中肿瘤细胞增殖过度,凋亡通路失活是其发病的一个重要机制。Survivin是近年来发现的凋亡抑制蛋白(IAP)家族成员之一,现就Survivin在胃癌及癌前病变中的表达研究作一综述。
