急性放射性肺损伤肺表面活性物质相关蛋白A的表达及视黄酸的调节作用 被引量：3

摘要 放射性肺损伤是核辐射事故、骨髓移植预处理及胸部肿瘤放射治疗后常见的并发症，发生率为5％～10％，目前发病机制不清，治疗无特效方法。防治放射性肺损伤是胸部肿瘤放射治疗研究的热点之一。视黄酸是维生素A的衍生物，先前我们的研究结果表明视黄酸能减弱肿瘤坏死因子仅（TNF—α）对肺泡上皮细胞的损伤，也有学者报道视黄酸能促进肺泡修复。
