高血糖与缺血性卒中

缺血性卒中是严重危害人类健康的致死性和致残性疾病。近年来,糖尿病患病率在世界范围内急剧增高。大多数研究资料均支持高血糖是卒中的独立危险因素,可促进卒中发病,加重卒中患者的病情,影响其神经功能的恢复和预后。有关高血糖的危害,已有较多基础研究,但临床研究则相对较少。文章就高血糖与缺血性卒中关系做了综述。

In recent years, the prevalence of diabetes is growing rapidly in the world, The most research data available both at home and abroad support that hyperglycemia is an independent risk factor for stroke. It may promote the occurrence of stroke, aggravate the conditions in patients with stroke, and affect neurological function recovery and prognosis. At present, the basic research about the harm of hyperglycemia has been riper, but the clinical research has relatively lagged behind. 1his article reviews the advances in the relationship between hypergly- cemia and ischemic stroke.
