摘要
甘露醇一直作为治疗脑水肿和降低颅内压的常规药物,但目前临床疗效争议较大,而且缺乏循证医学证据。文章就甘露醇的药理学作用、脱水降颅压的作用机制及其在缺血性和出血性脑血管病患者中的临床应用做了综述。
Mannitol has been used as a convemional drug in the treatment of cerebral edema and reducing intracranial pressure, but its clinical efficacy has been more controversial, and lack of evidence of evidence-based medicine. This article reviews the pharmacological effect of mannitol, mechanism of reducing intracranial pressure by cerebral dehydration and its clinical application in patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases.
