辽宁省肾综合征出血热流行类型及控制研究

Study on Epidemic Types and Control of HFRS in Liaoning Province

目的：研究肾综合征出血热（ＨＦＲＳ）流行类型及控制对策。方法：应用流行病学、临床学、血清学、病原学以及ＰＣＲ等先进技术。结果：辽宁省存在姬鼠型和家鼠型两种ＨＦＲＳ流行类型，通过科学灭鼠和接种灭活疫苗，有效控制了本病的流行。结论：疫区分类准确、可靠，防治措施有效、可行。

Purpose:Study epidemic types of HFRS and control countermeasure.Methods:Apply epidemiology,clinicology,etiology,serology as well as the advanced techniques of PCR and so on.Result:There are two kinds of epidemic types of HFRS in Liaoning Province:apodemus type and domestic rat type.By wiping out rats scientifically and inoculating the inactivated vaccine,the spread of this disease was controlled effectively.Conclusion:Endemic zones for typing are accurate and reliable.Prophylacticotherapeutic measures are effective and feasible.
