摘要
当前,高职院校教师队伍建设、管理和服务滞后于高等职业教育发展的需要,呈现一定程度上的不和谐状况。因此,必须树立以教师为本的理念,转变管理职能,着眼于教师的个性化发展和长远发展,构建和谐的教师群体。
Besides the service provided, the construction and management of the teacher ranks in higher vocational schools at present can not meet its development needs, and such imbalance goes to some degree. To tackle the above-mentioned imbalance, we should construct a teacher-oriented management concept and transform the management function of higher vocational schools with the focus on teachers" individualization development and their long-term development so as to build a harmonious relationship among the teacher ranks.
